So begins work on the main site.
Submitted by SethDrebitko on Fri, 04/02/2010 - 05:41I have started the process of transferring over blog posts, and stories from microlite20.net to koboldenterprise.com. I will make sure to transfer over the 6 or 7 pages worth of posts and stories before the month is over including all comments as well. The goal here is just a simple smooth transition over, right down to the day and time.
We are victorious!
Submitted by SethDrebitko on Thu, 04/01/2010 - 04:49Hello, I spent the weekend digging into the site transfer! Any one with author accounts may have noticed e-mails with passwords to koboldenterprise.com. This is what will become the new stomping grounds for microlite20. Eventually every relevant page here will forward to its equivalent page at the new site so no links out there become irrelevant.
The state of the union...
Submitted by SethDrebitko on Thu, 03/25/2010 - 18:32So as your Benevolent Dictator I would like to continue a rule of openness, full of epic and win; with this in mind a quick update. Right now I am at a point where I am just waiting for back end website stuff to resolve. At the moment to no fault of the new host I am using, the server wont save any of the users I create for the database. As a result I have had to use the auto installers the server offers.
Changes to come!

Well hello there...
Submitted by SethDrebitko on Sun, 03/14/2010 - 08:40Hello all!
Signing on to give a quick hello and introduction to everyone, as I am sure your all wondering who this Seth fellow is. While there is an interview over at http://www.stargazersworld.com/2010/03/13/microlite20-under-new-ownership/ with Andrew Modro, I figured I'd post some info up here and at the current forum. I want to give some assurance to everyone as to the general direction I will be taking things and what to expect in the future for Microlite20.

Ultramicrolite20
Submitted by greywulf on Mon, 07/28/2008 - 15:11This is Microlite20 boiled down even further. It’s suitable for gaming while out walking (much like SHERPA) or when you’ve forgotten your gamebooks. There are no magic rules provided; either run a no magic game, make spellcasting something only NPCs can do or use the Open Ended Magic System.
There are 3 stats - STR, DEX, MIND. Share a total of five points between them with a maximum of 4 in one. You can reduce one stat to -1 to get an extra point. These are your stat bonuses.
Choose one skill group (Physical, Subterfuge, Communication or Knowledge). Your character is at +4 to do anything relating to that skill group. Everything else is +1.
Actions are resolved by rolling 1d20+skill+relevant stat bonus. Roll equal or higher than the given Difficulty Class (DC) or higher than the opponent’s skill roll to succeed.
Combat is resolved using Physical+STR bonus (for melee) or Physical+DEX (for ranged). The DC is the opponent’s Armour Class. This is 10+DEX bonus+Armour. Leather is +3, Chain is +4, Plate is +5. A shield can add a further +1.
If you get hit three times in a single combat encounter, you’re unconscious. Roll phys+STR DC15 to survive. Larger critters can take more hits before dying; that’s up to the GM.
If you survive ten combats, add one to all of your skills.
Microlite20 Spacecraft

These are ship creation rules based around Microlite20 character creation rules. Please keep in mind that I have none of the D20 Future or any of the D20 Star Wars books,(as shame I know) so I’ve been kinda winging it basing my options on how M20 has developed thus far. So on that note, I wholeheartedly welcome other, more informed conversions for space goodies into M20.
Ship stats do NOT directly translate to character stats. Should it be needed, such as strafing a battlefield of infantry troops, or an orbital bombardment, roll the effects as normal, then multiply by 10.
