One idea would be to include a monster generator. Base it off Greywulf's Monster Building article: http://microlite20.net/node/43. Idea being that it would re-calculate the totals for you once you set hit-dice, provide a spot to enter notes on any special abilities, and maybe space for a sketch/headshot of the monster.

This might work as part of your NPC generator...would be keen, IMHO. :)

I would be conservative about what you bring in from the Macropedia - if something is very mechanical and easy to represent in the chargen app, do it...but keep in mind that you may find yourself with a long-term job of continually updating it as the Macropedia grows.

I think you've struck a good balance so far - with just the modern and expert rules addons. Keep that balance, and aim towards utility over mass-content. At least that's what I'd do...
